Just purchased a home with Paragon Homes. The finishing, attention to detail, communication, and after-sales interactions with Bobby have been excellent. While we haven’t been in the home for very long, I can guarantee they are among the top builders out of the dozens I have met. We couldn’t have asked for a better builder! From day one, Bobby (Paragon Homes) has been nothing but respectful, patient, and incredibly kind. He answered all of our questions (literally 24/7 😄), never made us feel rushed, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. He’s very easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely cares about his clients. What really stood out is how hardworking and responsive he is — he always answers our calls and texts and never ignores a message, which gave us so much peace of mind throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, skill, and such a great personality, but he truly does. Not only is he an excellent builder who delivers quality work, he’s also a genuinely good human being inside and out. We recently built a home with Paragon homes, in Calgary. This is our 3rd home in Calgary. Having built a home before, we had an amazing building experience with Paragon custom homes. If you want to build a top quality, luxury home with top of the line features, for a great value, this is the builder for you. We are delighted with the level of customisation offered without nickle and diming you. Bobby is very passionate about providing customers a quality product and finish. He has great attention to detail and we were delighted with his urge to give the buyer what they want. Bobby is such a good listener and has given us exactly what we wanted in our home. Our finished home, is exactly what we dreamed of. It was delightful to see that we were not just a number for this company. Every interaction with Bobby makes you feel that they care. They work hard and make things happen. We had a firm timeline for possession and Bobby made it happen in record time, without compromising on quality. The BC flood and supply constraints made things very difficult, but Bobby patiently handled all adversities to give us the best possible home on time!! Even our service experience after possession has been great. Bobby is very patient and despite challenges, is working hard to give us a quality finish for our dream home. He always goes above and beyond to please customers. And lastly, Bobby is just a phone call away to deal with any issues you need dealt for your new home! Great guys, great attitudes and great homes. My wife and I are currently looking at new homes and came upon paragon after a referral from a family member. We have been dealing with Bobby and he has been a absolute pleasure to deal with. We didn’t feel any pressure or rush from him and he actually encouraged us to also see other builders and explain what sets them apart. Although with covid things have taken a back seat with the home buying Paragon is our number one choice when we are ready to proceed. What I really liked about this company is that they are a locally owned and operated builder with tons of attention to detail and customer relations.
